  Chapter 5: Exploring ISTE Standards for Students “Knowledge Constructor” - Part 5 Date/Time: 6th March 2024 Wednesday 6:31 pm /26th March 24 Tuesday 3:57 pm This is my fifth blog post on the ISTE Standards for students, this post explores a different standard “Knowledge Constructor”. It was a great dive into this module of the course, it helped build clarity about the Knowledge Constructor standard. The post will share my key learning about the standards and how this could be implemented in schools in Pakistan.   Chapter 4: Exploring the ISTE Standards for Students - Digital Citizenship - Part 4 Date/Time: 4th March 2024 - 2:22 pm This is my fourth blog post exploring the ISTE standards for students and this post will focus on the ISTE Standard “ Digital Citizenship ”. It was great to explore in depth the standard and had definitely led to enhanced learning about how, when and where to incorporate this standard in the curriculum in schools.   Chapter 3: Exploring the ISTE Standards for  Students “Empowered Learner” - Part 3 Date: 20th Feb 2024/Tuesday - 8:00 pm This is my third blog post exploring the ISTE Standards for students. This post though focuses on the ISTE Standard for students “empowered learner”. The post will share key ideas from my learning from the module 2 of the course. The post will also highlight some ideas of how this ISTE standard can be implemented in schools in Pakistan.  ISTE Standard Empowered Learner says , “Students leverage technology to take an active role in choosing, achieving, and demonstrating the competency in their learning goals, informed by the learning sciences.” This standard basically talks of empowering learners by giving them both choice and voice in their learning experience, students are given authority to decide their learning goals and select the process through which they can achieve their goals.
